Lauren + Eric | Lake Park Wedding

Lauren & Eric are MARRIED! :)

I loved getting to work with Lauren & Eric - they are the sweetest, most laid back souls and we seriously just loved them. The two were married on December 16 with a Christmas themed day that couldn't have been more perfect. All of the touches of evergreen and gold were so swoon-worthy. Everything was so festive and it made for such a fun wedding day!

Lauren's dress was absolutely GORGEOUS, and when I saw her lace-trimmed veil I about died. Having serious regrets about not wearing one in my own wedding - there's nothing prettier! The two shared such a sweet first look where they exchanged letters and gifts and I just LOVE the way these two look at each other. You can just tell that they absolutely adore being together and it was such a sweet thing to document :)

After the ceremony, we took a few sunset - er, dusk - photos in Roscoe Village! I think Roscoe is the cutest little gem, but at Christmas time - it's like stepping into a Hallmark movie. Everything was done up with lights and wreaths and trees and it couldn't have fit their theme more perfectly. The two joined their guests at the reception shortly after finishing photos and sang to each other during their first dance, ever so lovingly smashed cake in each other's faces, and enjoyed the night with friends and family that love them both so much.

Lauren & Eric, it was such a joy to work with both of you and to document your special day! We couldn't be more grateful :)
